INNOVATIVE COMPETENCE OF A PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

The analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature showed that the term "innovation" means an innovation, novelty, change, introduction something new. Innovations are not experienced by themselves, they result research, advanced experience, individual teachers teams. Therefore, innovative competence is a component professional primary school teacher. To study attitude to problem innovations in educational process, their selfassessment experience its actualization, survey city Lviv region was conducted. 136 respondents, with teaching from 1 49 years, took part research. A complex theoretical empirical methods used (search bibliographic method, questionnaire, observation generalization method). teachers' gives grounds for conclusion majority consider themselves innovatively competent, but have certain difficulties actualizing it. perspective further research teacher conditions implementation concept New Ukrainian School.
